Winter seems to stretch endlessly for many who live in “snow-centric” climates. CNN recently ran the headline: “A bomb cyclone with the power of a hurricane will unleash snow and blizzard-like conditions this weekend.” How’s that for a warm thought?

Given the headlines, now may be the time to consider buying that warm-weather getaway. To get an idea of what’s on the market, here’s a look at three distinct luxury markets in fair-weather climates seeing a large amount of activity from vacation-buyers.
