Jose Almodovar is an experienced business professional who has built a reputation in the industry based on professionalism, pristine organization and strategic planning. From a young age, he often spent his days in his mother’s clothing factories learning the trade and becoming fascinated with the business. Born in New York and raised in Los Angeles, Jose travelled South America with his mother exploring fabrics and exposing himself to a new diversity of cultures and experiences.
In 2014, he and his wife Nancy Almodovar founded Nan and Company Properties, a technology-based firm that has established notoriety for being the premier luxury real estate firm in Houston. Together they manage 35 hardworking agents, many who are some of Houston’s top performing producers. An essential component to the company, Jose’s roles at Nan and Company Properties consist of developing marketing strategies, business development and branding. In 2017, the company was named as the exclusive Houston affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, and every day they continue to develop further plans for company growth and extended digital reach.
